INTRODUCTION
ThlS report transmits for Clty Councll certification, the
Statement of Official Action for the appeal of Planning
Commission approval of Conditional Use Permit ( CUP) 93-024 and
Development Review (DR) 93-008 to allow a one year extension for
CUP 91-042 and DR 91-010
On September 13, 1994 the City Councll upheld the Plannlng
Commlssion's decision and denied the appllcant's request for a
one year extenslon of the project's vested rlghts and modlfied
and upheld the Plannlng CommlSSlon's approval of a one year
extension for CUP 91-042 and DR 91-010 until November 18, 1994,
prior to which tlme a bUl.lding permlt must be obtal.ned, with the
flndlngs and condltlons contained In the attached Statement of
Offlcial Actlon
