'~ OCT 2 5 199It ~ . , Boulevard between Ocean Avenue and East City limit. Originally, the proj ect was entirely funded by Federal Aid Urban (FAU) monies. However, due to passage of new legislation, the state of California can now match part of the new Federal Congestion Management Air Quality (CMAQ) Funds with state Traffic System Management (TSM) Funds. This change in the funding sources does not alter the City's fiscal position or allocation. The current proposed revision to Supplement No. 14 specifies the sources of funds (88.53% CMAQ and 11.47% State TSM).
