SUBJECT: Recommendation to Adopt Resolut~on Approving Final Tract
Map No. 51368, for a S~x-Unit Condominium at 1302
Stanford Street.
INTRODUCTION
This report transm~ts for City Counc~l approval a F~nal Tract Map
for the follow~ng condominium project. The Tentat~ve Map was
approved by the Planning Commission on January 6, 1993.

BACKGROUND
After publ~c hearing and careful rev~ew of the record and staff
recommendations, the Plann~ng Commission approved the Tentat~ve Map
for the above proJect on January 6, 1993 The actlon of the
Planning Commlssion was based on the f~nd~ngs that the proposed
subdlV~S1on will have no s~gn~f~cant env~ronmental impact and ~s ~n
conformance w~th all State and local laws and regulations and
appl~cable General Plan Elements.
The F~nal Map confor~s to the Tentatlve Map. The Llcense Dlvlslon

reports that the developer has agreed to pay the condominium tax.
The project has been approved by the Los Angeles County Englneer's
office and certified by the Clty Engineer for conformance with the
Tentative Map and conditlons thereon, the Subdivlsion Map Act and
local ordlnances. The Clty Attorney's office has approved the
covenants, condltions and restrict10ns for the Flnal Map as
complYlng with the condltlons of the Tentative Map and appllcable
laws.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT
The recommendation presented in thlS report does not have a budget
or flscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the Flnal Map be approved by
adoption of the accompanying resolutlon.
