INTRODUCTION
ThlS report transmlts for City Council approval a Flnal Tract Map
for the following condominium proJect. The Tentatlve Map was
approved on appeal by the Cauncll on October 29, 1991.

BACKGROUND
After public hearing and careful reVlew of the record and staff
recommendatlons, the Clty Cauncll, on appeal, reversed the original
Planning Commlssion denlal and approved the Tentatlve Map for the
above proJect on October 29,1991. The action of the City Councll
was based on lts findings that the proposed subdivision wlll have
no 81gnificant environmental impact and 18 In conformance wlth all
State and local laws and regulatlons and appllcable General Plan
Elements.

The Final Map conforms to the Tentative Map. The License D~v~s~on
reports that the developer has agreed to pay the condominium tax.
The project has been approved by the Los Angeles County Engineer's
office and certlfled by the City Englneer for conformance with the
Tentative Map and condltlons thereon, the Subd~v~slon Map Act and
local ord~nances. The City Attorney's office has approved the
covenants, condltlons and restrictlons for the F~nal Map as
complying wlth the conditions of the Tentatlve Map and applicable
laws.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT
The recommendation presented ln this report does not have a budget
or fiscal impact
RECOMMENDATION
It 1S respectfully recommended that the Final Map be approved by
adoption of the accompanYlng resolutlon.

Clty of Santa MOD1ca hereby 18 accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby lS authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3 That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adop-
tion of this Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be In full force and effect.
