Introductlon
This report concerns award of bid to furnish and deliver two (2)
CNG Powered 3/4 Ton Plckup Trucks with Dump Beds for the Parks
Divislon, Cultural and Recreatlon SerVlces Department, ln the
total amount of $41,818.06, lncludlng appllcable sales tax.
Background
In response to published Notices Inviting Blds (published October
22 - 23, 1992) to furnlsh and dellver Two (2) CNG Powered 3/4 Ton
Pickup Trucks Wl th Dump Beds.
In accordance with city
speclflcations, blds were recelved and publlCly opened and read
on November 2 I 1992.
proposal forms were malled to sixteen
vendors and notlces were advertised ln accordance with City
Charter and Munlclpal Code provisions.
