ThlS report concerns award of bid to furnlsh and deliver tOllets,
tOllet seats, and tOllet plumblng parts for the Envlronmental
Programs Division, Clty Manager's Department, at the specifled
unlt prlces, plus appllcable sales tax.
Background
In response to publlshed Notlces Invltlng Bids (published October
16 and 19, 1992) to furnish and deliver toilets, toilet seats,
and toilet plumblng parts ln accordance with City specifications,
blds were received and publicly opened and read on November 10,
1992. Proposal forms were malled to thirteen vendors and notices
were advertised ln accordance with city Charter and Municipal
Code provlslons. Three proposals were received as follows:
