INTRODUCTION
Condition #16 in the Planning Commission statement of Official
Action was incorrectly stated in the original staff report
attachment.
The Planning Commission approved the project with
the following wording of condition #16:
16. Minor amendments to the plans shall be subject to approval
by the Director of Planning. An increase of more than 10%
of the square footage or a significant change in the
approved concept shall be subject to Planning Commission
review.
REcmmENDATION
It is recommended that the Council deny the appeal and uphold the
Planning Commission approval of the project with the modification
of condition #16 as stated above.
