SUBJECT' Recommendation to Schedule Dates for Budget Study Sessions
and Adoption of FY 1 995-96 City Budget
Every year, the Council holds study sessions on the proposed budget These study
sessions are designed to provide an opportunity for City Council to question staff
about the budget on an individual departmental baSIS. Staff recommends that City
Council study sessions on the proposed FY1995-96 City Budget be scheduled for the
evenings of Monday, June 5; Tuesday, June 6; and Wednesday, June 7. Sessions
Will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Budget documents Will be available for public Inspection at the City Clerk's Office and
In the public libraries on Friday, May 26, 1995. The public may obtain additional
copies of the proposed FY1995-96 City budget from the Finance Department, 1717
4th St., SUite 250, on June 2, 1995
Staff recommends that adoption of the FY1995-96 City Budget be scheduled for the
agenda of Tuesday, June 27, 1995.
