Under the regulations adopted by the Fair Political Practices Commission, the City council is the code reviewing body for any changes to the Conflict of Interest Code. The Bayside District amended Conflict of Interest Code is atached for review and approva 1. The Bayside District Corporation Executive Director states that the primary modification to the Code is to update postition titles for designated employees and officers, but that no change to disclosure categories or designated positions has been made. RECOMMENDATION It .ts respectfully recommended that the accompanying amended Conflict of Interest Code be approved.
