This report concerns award of bid to rebUild differential assemblies and replace GMC
and MCI buses for the TransportatIon Department at specified unit pnces and
percentage discounts plus applicable sales tax with two one-year renewal options.

rebuild differential assemblies and replace parts for GMC and MCI buses in accordance
With City specifications, bids were received and publicly opened and read on August 28,
1996 Proposal forms were mailed to three vendors and notices were advertised In
accordance With City Charter and MUniCipal Code provisions Three proposals were
