Introduction
This report concerns an award of bid to furnIsh, deliver and Install one (1) Canon color copier
for the Support Services Division, City Clerk Department, in the total amount of $36,480.25,
including applIcable tax.
Backqround
Staff recommends that this color copIer be purchased under the cooperative purchasing
prOVISions of the Los Angeles County Contract #55387 (Canon U S A., Inc.). This color
copier Will be used to produce full color documents In the City's print shop. Currently, color
documents are sent to outSide vendors for copying. The County of Los Angeles awarded
Contract #55387 as the result of a bid process, whIch satisfies the City's bid requirement.
