On February 7, 1995, the Councll approved the "Amendment Planll alternative for the supermarket and denied the "ZA Plan" for the supermarket based on the findings and conditions contalned ln the attached Statement of Official Actlon. BUDGET/FINANCIAL IMPACT The recommendation presented ln this report does not have any budget or financial lmpact.
