Denial of Appeal of Planning commission Interpretation

INTRODUCTION
On Oecember 15, 1992, the City Council denied an appeal of the
Planning commission's interpretation of section 9044.3(e) of the
Municipal Code.
The attached statement of Offical Action
reflects the action of the Council.
BUDGET/FINANCIAL IMPACT
The recommendation presented in this report does not have any
budget or fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the Council approve the
attached statement of Official Action regarding denial of the
appeal.
