w~th the Tentat~ve Map and condit~ons thereon, the 5~bdivision Map Act and local
ordinances The C~ty Attorney's office has appro~ed the co~enan#s, conditians and
restrictions far the Finaf Map as complying w~th the condit~ans o~ the Tentat~ve Map and
applicable laws
The applicant has signed the Subciivis~on lmprovement Agrsement, stating their agreement
wjth the C~ty tv complete the requ~red public improvements at the expense of the applican#
