Management Department at specIfied umt prices IncludIng applicable sales tax wIth two one-
year renewal options
Backaround
In response to published Notices InViting Bids (published June 13 and 16, 1997) to furnish
and deliver TranSit MIX Portland Cement Class 520-C-2500 m accordance with City
specifications, bids were received and publicly opened and read on June 23, 1997 Proposal
forms were mailed to three vendors and notIces were advertised In accordance WIth City
Charter and MUniCIpal Code prOVISions Two proposals were received as follows:

short loads IS not less than nine cubic yards Staff has evaluated this exception and finds that
