BACKGROuND
TnlS ordlnance was lntroduced by the COUDCll as Ite~ BE
at lts November 26, 1980 meetlng, contlnued from ~oVel~er 23, 1980.
It ~as amended to Offilt Ocean Park Boulevard from 25th Street to
Centlnela from the reduced ~elght 11@ltS. As amended, the
ordlnance reduces the helght Ilffilt In the C2 Dlstrlct to a
deslgnated two storles and 30 feet excent that tIle lielght Ilml t
on Ocean ?ark Boulevard f~ow 25th Street to Centlnela shall
re~aln at 35 feet.
