Presentation of CPAC and Block Captain's Handbook
Volunteer members of "CPAC" (Crime Prevention Action committee)
have been meeting regularly since November of 1985 to assist Crime
Prevention in its efforts to expand and enhance the City's
Neighborhood Watch Program.
A valuable tool in this effort is the newly completed Block
Captain's Handbook which Committee members provided a key role in
drafting.
A copy of the handbook will be made available to each
member of Council.
Members of CPAC will be introduced and other programs they have
assisted with will be described.
