The purpose of the program lS
to reco~nlze outstandlng employees as determlned by establlshed

lS a second-generatlon Clty employee and has provlded
exceptlonal serVlce beyond the usual requlrements of
hlS Job descrlptlon.
In splte of lllness, Jury duty,
and other lnterruptlons, ~r. Tabares wakes sure that
illS work crew knows what they are dOlng and that the
work lS completed on schedule.

alone and repalrs a wlde varlety of electrlcal equ1p-
ment, lneludlng traffic slgnals, street llghts, park
