Existing Pipeline
The Staff Report delivered to the City Council on Friday,
July 21, 1989, concerning the Resolution of Intention to Enter
Into a Franchise with Shell California Pipeline Company
erroneously stated that the accompanying Resolution scheduled a
public hearing for September 12, 1989.
The date set for the
public hearing, which was correctly reflected in the Resolution,
15 August 22, 1989.
