INFORMATION report which was distributed to the City Councll in
their packet related to the Council meeting of April 9th. As I
described to you, it was provided to our department as an
INFORMATION item for Council distribution only (rather than
med ia, public binder, 11 brary, etc.). I did not do the usual
packet copying or distribution; therefore, your office was not
copied either.
