SUBJECT: Publ1C Hear1ng on the Municipal Solar Util1ty
Introduction
The c1ty staff requests that the public hearing on the Municipal Solar
Ut1lity be cont1nued to the November 11, 1980 Council meeting.
Background
At the September 24, 1980 meeting of the C1ty Council, a publ1C hearing
on the Municipal Solar Ut1l1ty project was set for October 28, 1980.
The consultant report on the project w1ll be issued on Monday,
October 27, 1980. The 1ssuance of the report, the day before the
scheduled hearing, prov1des the Council and the publ1C 11ttle tlme to
read and review the report.
Recommendat10n
City staff reeommends that the public hearing on the Municlpal Solar
Utility project be contlnued to the flrst Councll meeting in November.
