SECTI0N 1: That an amendment to the Contract between the
CIty Council of the City of Santa Monica and the Board of
AdministratIon, Callf~rnla PublIC Employees' Retirement Syst9ffi
is hereby authorIzed, a copy of said amendment being attached
hereto, marked "Exhlb~t A," and by such reference made a part
hereof as th8ugh hereln set out In full.

SECTION 2: The Clty ~anager of the Clty of Santa Monlca
