returned wlth the County's request for the City's
determinatlon as to whether the document is subject to
tax under the Documentary Transfer Tax Act.
If it is determlned that the document is not subJect to
tax, print NONE ln the box in the upper rlght of the
deed. If tax is due, indicate the amount of the special
tax and whether lt was computed on full value of property
conveyed or full value less liens and encumbrances, and
