SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending 1979 Newsrack Ordinance
At its meeting on July 28, 1981, the Clty Councll
dlrected the Clty Attorney to prepare an ordlnance to enlarge
the zone subject to special newsrack provlsions. In
response to th1S direction, the accompanying ordinance is
presented for C1ty Council consideration.
RECOMMENDATION
It 1S respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be introduced for first reading.
