The funds were reapproprlated In FY 1983-84. On October 27,1983, the C1ty was notifled that thlS prOject h~d been a!?proved by -c.he S-c.ate for a Land and Water Fund grant 10 an addltlonal amount of $15,120. A Not1ce Invltlng 3lds was publ1shed on May 31 and June 1, 1984, In the Even1ng Outlook and In 9 constructlon Journals. Plans and speclflcatlons were lssued to 11 contractors. 131ds were opened and read publlCly on June 11, 1984, by the Deputy Clty Clerk.
