Introduction
This report concerns rejection of all bids received for printing
trSeascapetl during fiscal year 1978-79 due to non-availabili ty of
budgeted funds.
Bac~ground
The Invitation to Bid for this service was published April 21st
and 22nd and proposal forms were mailed shortly thereafter. This
early request for proposals is a continuation of previous years
practice to ensure adequate time for bid evaluation and award
prior to delivering copy in early August
Recommendation
It is reconnnended that all bids received for printing "SeascapeTf
during fiscal year 1978-79 be rejected.
