Introduction
This report concercs postpone~ent of the public hearing scheduled for
November 13, 1979 to the next City Council Deeting on ~ove~ber 27, 1979.
Background
At the last City Council meeting on October 23, 1979, the City Council set a
public hearing on PerforPWL~ce Assessment of the COIT~unity Development Block
Grant Program for ~ovember ~3, 1979. V[~ile the appropriate notice was subDitted
to the Evening Outlook in a timely ma~ner, the legal notice was inadvertently
not published an ti~~. Thus the public hearing ~ust be rescheduled for the
Council meeting of November 27, 1979.

It is recommended ~hat the City Council reset the Public Hearing on Performance
Assess~ent of the CommLL~ity Development Block Grant Progr~ for Tuesday,
November 27, 1979.
