news rack ordlnance, Ordlnance 1131 (CCS) .
BACKGROUND
'I'hls orolnance was lntroduced by the Councll as Item SA
at lts July 22, 1980 rrteetlng.
Zone A, the area presently covered by Ordlnance 1131,
lncludes 1vllshlre Boulevard and Llfth and Slxth Streets from
Santa !lanlea Boulevard ta Ihlshlre Boulevard. The proposed
ordlnance enlarges the zone to add Fourth Street from ~ilshlre
Boulevard to Colorado Avenue, Santa :.1onlca Hall, Santa i'loniea
Place, and Llncoln Boulevard between Broadway and the Santa
Honiea Free\vay.
