on the Houslng Element of the General Plan. The staff lS
assembling the Commisslon's recommendatlcns on the Element
and the envlronmental lmpact analysls, a~d lS developing
an overVlew staff report and a report provldlng detalled
recommendatJo~s for Counc1l actJon. The staff plans to
transffilt these reports to the Council and make them avail-
able for publlC reVlew at least one week prlor to the rec-
commended PubllC Hearlng.
Recommendatlor.
It 1S respectfully recommended thCLt the City Counell resolve
to conduct a PubllC Hearlng on the Housing Element on August
10, 1982.

DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. Thdt the City Clerk set a Pub11c
Hearlng on the proposed Housing Element of the General
Plan and the F1nal Env1ronnental Ir.lpact Report on the
proposed Hous1ng Element for August 31, 1982.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk place a notlce
1n the manner and form prescr1bed by law concernlng the
PubllC Hearlng.
SEC'.r ION 3. The C1ty Clerk shall certlfy to thE
adopt10n of th1S resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be 1n full force and effect.
