3395 and 3395A and Repealing Mun1cipal Code
Sect~on 3395B to Increase Fines for Park1ng
and Traffic Related Offenses
At 1ts meeting on October 13, 1981, the City Council
1ntroduced for f1rst reading an ordinance to ~ncrease f~nes
for park1ng and traffic related offenses. The ord1nance 15
now presented to the City Council for adopt~on.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying
ordinance be adopted.

SECTION 2. Section 3395A of the Santa Monica Municipal

SECTION 3.
Section 3395B or the Santa ~onIca ~unlcipal
Code is repealed.
SECTION 4. Any provis~on 0: L~e Santa Mon~ca Mun1clpal
Code or appendlces thereto lnconsisten~ with the provlslons
of this ordinance, to the extent of suc~ inconsistencIes and
no further, is hereby repealed or ~odi:led to that eX~ent
necessary to affect the prcvislons of this ordInance.
SECTION 5. If any sect1on, subsection, sentence,
clause, or phrase
