The
folloWIng
addItIonal
technIcal
changes
are
recommended In the smokIng ordInance:
1. It is recommended that the defInItIon of employee In
SectIon 4921(a) be amended to read as follows:
(a) Employee.
Any person who
IS
employed
by
any employer
In
consIderatIon
for
monetary
compensatIon or profIt IncludIng an
Independent
contractor
regularly
performIng serVIces at the place of
employment of the other contractIng
party.
2. It IS recommended that the defInItIon of employer In
SectIon 4921(c) be amended to read as follows:
