Introduct1on
This report transrn~t5 for second read1ng and adoption an
ordlnance repeallng Sect10n 10104 of the Santa Monlca I1unlClpal Code,
whlcn establlshes a ffilnlffiUffi alt~tude for aircraft using the Santa
Monlca Alrport.
Background
At 1ts meetlng of ~Erch 13, 1979, the Clty Council In-
traduced the attached ordlnance, ~vhlCh repeals Section 10104 of the
Santa Monlca Municlpal Code, which relates to alrcraft over-flYlng
the Clty. A copy of the staff report dated February 27, 1979, WhlCh
recommended tIns ordlnance 15 attached together with the proposed
enactments.

read and adopt the attached ordlnance.
