ordlrance to erable the establIshment of parkIng zores for
physIcally handIcapped.

LIncoln Boulevard. Staff has reVIewed the request ar:d fIrds that
the zore meets all the approprlate reqUIrements. The addItloral
parkIng space WIll be WIthIn an eXIstIng "No ParkIng, 8 a.m. to 5
p.m., Sehooldays" zone.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING PHYSICALLY
HANDICAPPED ZONE ADJACENT TO 958 LINCOLN BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CIty of Sarta MonIca has
enacted ar ordInance enabling IndIvIduals to request park}ng
zones for physIcally handicapped person; ard
WHEREAS, the CIty has receIved a request for a physically
hardicapped zone; ard
WHEREAS, the ParkH:g ar:d TraffIc EngIneer has consIdered
the request and concluded, based upon the factors stated ir: the
ordinance, that an addltloral physIcally handicapped zore may be
Irstalled at the requested locatIon,
NOW, THEREFORE t THE CITY COUN CIL OF THE CITY OF SAN! A
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ar add It lOr.: al phys lcally hand icapped zone IS
hereby established on the east side of LIncoln Boulevard adJacent
to 958 LIncoln Boulevard.
SECTION 2. The CIty Clerk shall certify to the adoptIon
of thIS resolution, and thenceforth ard thereafter the same shall
be In full force ard effect.
