pdrk2ng spaces on dlll Street between 3rd and 4tn Streets.

C1ty stdfi has conducted parklng surveys on illl1 Street

on-street pdrkl.ng 15 be~ng used by 1ndlv~dua1s not liv1ng 1n the
area or resldents WilO l~ve W1thln the eXl.st1ng preferentlal
pdr~Lng zone wao have chosen not to purchase park1ng permits.
Staff has also determ1ned tnat some of the park1ng 15 be1ng used
by eI,1ployees work~ng on Ha1n Street.

purchds~d.
It 1S not antlc~pated that the necessary steps to
endct an ordlnarrce w1ll oe completed before July 1st. The annual
$15.00 perm1t fde 18 reduced to $7.50 per permlt after July 1st
whlCh covers tne rema1nder of the calendar year. Therefore, the
estlffiated ravenue generat~d w11l be ~150.00 In permlt fees for
tne balance of 1984 and $300.00 for 1985 or a total of $450.00
fvr FY19B4-85. These funds wl11 be deposlted In reVenue account
number Ol-902-02~-OuO-OOO.
