Ordinances For Adoption Pertaining to Establishment
Of Certain Limitations For The Redevelopment Plans
For The Ocean Park 1 (a), Ocean Park 1 (b), Pacific
Ocean Park and Downtown Redevelopment projects.
At its meeting on November 11, 1986, the city Council
introduced for first reading four ordinances pertaining to the
establishment of required limitations for the Redevelopment Plans
for the Ocean Park lea), Ocean Park l(b), Pacific Ocean Park and
the Downtown Redevelopment Projects. The accompanying ordinances
are now presented to the city Council for adoption.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the City council take
the following actions:
1. Adopt the attached ordinance establishing required
limitations for the Ocean Park 1 (a) Redevelopment
Plan;
2. Adopt the attached ordinance establishing required
limitations for the Ocean Park 1 Cb) Redevelopment
plan;
3. Adopt the attached ordinance establishing required
limitations for the Pacific Ocean Park Redevelopment
Plan;
