City staff recommends making the fOllowing adjustments:
a) to the Assessments; b) to the Superintendent's Report.
To the Assessments
Delete the Assessment for 2818 Third street.
To the Superintendent's Report
Due to this deletion in the original staff report, revise the
street Superintendent's Report to reduce the removal and
replacement of sidewalk by 54 square feet at $4.00 per square
foot; reduce the removal and replacement of curbing by l2 linear
feet at $10.00 per linear foot; and reduce the removal (only) of
parkway by 15 square feet at $2.00. The assessment will be at
100%.
The total amount of revised assessments is $7,260.00.
