Introductlon
ThlS report transmits for introductlon and flrst reading an ordlnance amendlng
Section 5228D of the Munlclpal Code to allow sanltation bin rental and roll-
out service fees to be set by resolution.
Background
At the June 16, 1981 Council meeting, the Clty Councll adopted by resolution
the new refuse service fees and dlrected the Clty Attorney to prepare an
ord1nance amendlng Section 5228D of the Municipal Code to allow sanitatlon bln
rental and roll-out service fees to be set by resolutlon. Attached 1S an
ordinance for l~troduction and flrst read1ng which follows that Council directlve.
Recommendatlon
It is recommended Clty Councl1 lntroduce and hold the flrst reading of the
attached ordinance amending Section 5228D of the Mun1clpal Code to allow sani-
tation bin rental and roll-out service fees to be set by resolution.
