Introduction
This report recommends that the City Councll approve the attached Resolutlon
of Intention for reconstructing Tenth Court between Olympic Blvd. and 450
feet northwesterly of 01ymp1c Blvd.
Background
The City Counc1l at their meeting on March 28, 1978, author1zed the C1ty
Staff to proceed with the reconstruction of Tenth Court between Olympic Blvd.
and 450 feet northwesterly of Olympic Blvd. A copy of the staff report of
March 28, 1978, is 1ncluded.
The cost w1ll be borne by the abutting property owners. The City w1ll admin-
ister the contract. The estimated assessment cost to the abutting property
owners 1S $34.50 per front foot.
RecoJrnlendatlon
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution of
Intention which sets a public hearing for July 25, 1978.
