450 feet North of Olympic Boulevard
Introduction
This report recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution
ordering the work to be done on the reconstruction of Tenth Court between
Olympic Boulevard and 450 feet north of Olympic Boulevard.
Background
On July 25, 1978, a public hearing was held on the proposed improvement.
and the objections that were made were overruled. The affected property
owners are to pay all costs of the improvement. They will have 60 days
after the adoption of this resolution to do the work themselves. If they
do not elect to do the work, the City will advertise for bids. The Staff
will recommend to the City Council that a contract be awarded to the low
bldder. at which time the City must provide interim financing in the
approximate amount of $34,000 to cover the contract. The property owners
must then repay the City.

It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached resolution ordering
the work for the reconstruction of Tenth Court between Olympic Boulevard
