Introductlon
ThlS report transffilts the attached ordlnance,
which was requested by the Clty Councll at ltS meetlng of
July 12, 1977.
Background
The attached ordlnance sl~ply provides that lt
lS unlawful, and a mlsdemeanor, for any person to land
on or take-off from Santa Monica Municipal Airport between
11:00 p.M and 7:00 a.m.
A copy of the previous staff report lS attached
for lnformation purposes.
