SUBJECT: DISSOLUTION OF YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL
Introduction
~hlS report transmits an ordlnance dlssolving the
Youth AdVisory CounCll bY repeallng Chapter 10 of Artlcle II
of the Santa Monica Municipal Code, for second readlng and
adoptlon.
Background
At its meeting of November 14, 1978, the Caunell
directed that the City Attorney prepare an ordlnance dlsso1-
vlng the Youth Advlsory CounCIl. 7he background of thlS
proposed ordlnance 15 descr1bed 1n the attached staff report
dated Novenber 2, 1978.

Recomendatlons
It 15 respectfully recommended that the Clty
Councll pass the attached ordinance for second reading and
adoption.
