Introduct1on
Th1S report transm1ts the F1nal Map for Tract No. 34609, cover-
ing the C1ty-owned port1ons of the former McDonnell-Douglas site.
Background
On February 6, 1978, the Plann1ng Comm1ss1on approved an appl1cat1on
for subd1v1S1on of a port1on of C1ty-owned property formerly 1n-
eluded 1n the McDonnell-Douglas fac1l1t1es. The map conforms to
the tentat1ve map as approved by the Plann1ng Commiss1on.
The State Map Act requlres approval of a Final Map wh1ch con-
forms to an approved tentat1ve map.
Recommendat1on
It lS recommended that the C1ty Counc1l approve the F1nal Hap
of Tract No. 34609.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CODNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~L~P OF
TRACT NO. 34609
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sk~TA MO~ICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLmvS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract 34609 in the City of Santa
Monica presented by the City of Santa Monica, being a subdivision
of a portion of the Santa Monica Municipal Airport, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said ~ap this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Honica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
