Introductlon
ThlS report transm~ts the Flnal Tract Map for Tract No. 33022,
the publlCly mmed portlons of the former l1cDonnell-Douglas Sl te.
Background
On June 13, 1977, the Clty Counc~l condltlona11y approved an
appllcation for subdlvlsion of a portlon of the former McDonnell-
Douglas slte. The Barclay-Curc~ Investment Co. have now flIed
the F~nal Tract Map for thlS subd~vlslon.
The Final Map conforms to the tentatlve map as orlglnally pre-
sented and approved. A Letter of Credlt has been submltted and
accepted in the amount of money ($710,000) necessary for the
requlred improvements that have not been constructed.
The State Map Act requ~res that a F~nal Map whlch conforms to
an approved tentat~ve map shall be approved.
Recornmendatlon
It 15 recommended that the Clty Council approve the Flnal Map
of Tract 33022.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION HAP OF
TRACT NO. 33022
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOl'lS :
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract 33022 ln the C~ty of Santa
Monica presented by the Barclay-Curci Investment Company, being a
subdivlsion of portion of Tracts No. 8379, No. 9903 and No. 10529,
be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s author~zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
