Authorlty adopt resolutlons conflrmlng tnat proposed alteratlons
to Parkl.ng Structure No. 2 comply wlth terms and condl tlons of
the lease between tnese two agencles.
BacKground
On Feoruary 28, 1934, the Parklng Autnorlty approved prel1mlnary
plans to cumplete al teratlons to Parklng Structure No. 2 WhlCh
would improve U~er securl~Y and enhance the buslness enVlronment.

the agenda or tne Cl~y Counell meetlng of June 26, 1984.
