SUBJECT: Cable Television Franchise status
REVISED RECOMMENDATION
To insure adequate time for review and preparation of necessary
documents, it is recommended that the City Council take no action
against century to enforce either expiration or termination of
the franchise until June 15, 1988 pending extension of the
existing waiver by century and the City that the delay will not
waive any rights of either party.
