TIMES AND PROPORTIONAL AMOUNTS OF PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES Any publ1c agency whlch has declared ltS 1ntent10n to payout of public funds all or a stated percentage of the amount of tax WhlCh would otherW1se be lev1ed upon property here1n by MWD of se and has had 1t5 declarat10n accepted by the Controller of MWD of SC as prescr1bed by the Metropol1tan Water D1strlct Act, and Wh1Ch has thereafter (on or before August 28, 1984) elected to make such payment 1n lleu of taxes as prescrlbed by sald Act, may pay such amount 1n cash on or before August 28, 1984 or shall make such payment 1n 1nstallments flxed and determlned as follows. a. On or before August 28, 1984. one hundred percent (100%) of the total payment elected by the publlc agency to be made in lleu of the tax upon taxable property withln the publlC agency levled pursuant to Sectlon 5 of thlS resolutlon for the purpose of paYlng the prlnclpal and 1nterest on spec1f1ed bonds of MWD of se, such payment to be deposited by the publlC agency wlth the Treasurer of MWD of se on or before sa1d date. b.
