Dear Ms. Shore: As a member of the above Homeowners' ASSOCIatIon I WIsh to protest the spec1al assessment be1ng created by the above resolutIon. The reason I am reg1ster1ng thIS protest IS due to the fact that last year, under assessment #155 for streetllght Installatlons on Callfornla Street between 18th and 20th Street, thlS property has already paId for street llghts that were lnstalled at the south- east corner of Cal1forola and 18th streets and on the north SIde of Calliornla across the street from 1806 Callfornla.
