IntroductIon ThIS report recommends that the CIty CounCIl accept petItIons for Berkeley and 14th Streets between Santa MonIca and WIlshIre Boulevards, Hill Street between 23rd and 25th Streets, 26th Street from PICa Boulevard to Pearl Str eet , and CalifornIa Avenue between 18th and 20th Streets. SECTION 12. The City hereby declares that Co'mmun i ty Development Block Grant funds may be applied for payment of assessments on property owned or resided in by low to moderate income households. SECTION 13.
