SECTION 1. Repeal Resolutlon 7158 In Its entIrety.

The Superintendent of Streets wlll file a
report of repair pursuant to Sect:l.On 5617 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, relating to tne
constructIon of certaln improvements to sldewalk.s and dr.l'Jeways

Super lntendent of Streets of the cost of repaIr I together Wl th
any objections or protests r if any, ~NhlCh inay be raIsed by any
property owner liable to be assessed for the cost of such repalr
and any other lnterested persons.
