SUBJECT: Resolution Amending the Executive Pay Plan
INTRODUCTION
This report requests that Council adopt the attached Resolution amending the Executive
Pay Plan (EPP).
BACKGROUND
The most recent amendment to the Executive Pay Plan was effective July 1, 1999. In
accordance with Ordinance No. 801 (CCS), the City and members of the Executive Pay
Plan have reached an agreement to amend the Executive Pay Plan as of July 1, 2000.
The amendment provides for a cost of living increase for FY2000-01 and makes some
minor economic and non-economic changes.
BUDGET/FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funds are already included in the budget for FY2000-01to cover any costs associated with
this agreement.
